We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. Once we confirm your order, you will receive an approximate time frame within which you will receive your clothes. Thereafter, once we ship the package, you will receive your tracking number via e-mail so you can follow your package.
We send our packages via domestic shipping companies, which usually take 3-5 business days for delivery. We offer Free shipping within India.
The shipping amount will be calculated upon checkout.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international orders. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer. VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within India. Please note taxes and duties are chargeable as applicable.
Shipping to most countries is on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Please note we are unable to advise the duty amount.
OBT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

All our fabric is handcrafted by traditional artisans in rural India, which means each roll of fabric has a unique human signature.
You can be sure to walk into a social gathering and not have someone wearing the same outfit!
An irregular weave/ print or a stitch is not a defect. It is perfectly imperfect. Handloom by definition alludes to a glorious uncertainty.
Ours is an effort to make the process of buying garments a mindful one. We therefore urge you to read and understand all the information provided about our textiles before making a purchase. We will therefore be unable to offer refunds, exchange garments or accept returns once the order has been placed because each product is made specially for you.
Handloom is a long process and sourcing fabric is an on-going challenge.
We want to respect the time and effort the weaver puts into their creation and ensure that the fabric is mindfully used and loved.
Our prices too, therefore reflect this mind-set.
All of our ready to wear styles have margin for alternation. We do not provide alteration services.
We undertake customised bespoke orders (size, fabric) for all designs in the shop.
Colour tones may vary from the photographs shown.
Since are made to order, we typically take 7-14 business days to process all orders however owing to the pandemic we cannot commit to the above mentioned timeline. Due to government restrictions certain areas, workshops and cities continue to remain locked down or in containment zones.
